Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is on its way.

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays from the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) that are outside of our control.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at homer_barboza@yahoo.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
